Creative Resourcing
Weekend workshop with Holly Stoppit
A nurturing space for creatives of all disciplines to come together and explore what sustaining a healthy life in the arts could look like.
In this brand new weekend workshop, we’ll be using meditation, movement, embodiment, creativity, play, ritual and discussion to explore the themes of: >resilience >support >boundaries We’ll be celebrating what we already have in place, getting clear about what we need more of and cultivating the courage to ask for what we need and say no to that which doesn’t support us. Holly will be sharing her playful, creative, reflective techniques to help you gently bring awareness to limiting patterns, habits and beliefs. Holly’s intention is to help you create space around these patterns, so that you can connect with a deeper sense of inner wisdom and gain access to a wider range of choices. Throughout the weekend, we’ll be sharing our experiences as a group and learning from each other as we dream into a healthier future together. WHO IS THIS FOR? This weekend workshop is for performers, musicians, directors, facilitators, makers, artists and creatives of all kinds. It is designed especially for Bristol Clown School, but you don’t need to be a member of Bristol Clown School, you don’t need to have worked with Holly and you don’t have to be a full-time artist to attend - if the workshop description calls to you, apply! ACCESS
Holly’s work is accessible for neurodivergent people and people with chronic illnesses / disabilities. There is a section on the application form for you to ask for any support you might need. Unfortunately the venue is not wheelchair accessible. |
