The Playful Practice
Morning sessions in movement, physical theatre and clown

Awaken Your Playful Spirit with morning Movement, Physical Theatre & Clown Training!

Join Robyn Hambrook and friends for unique morning sessions designed to inspire creativity, connection, and fun. These classes are perfect for clowns, dancers, actors, circus artists, improvisers, movers or anyone curious about developing a playful embodied practice.

Start your week with a dynamic and embodied practice, tailored for those who want to keep their skills sharp through the winter months. This is a space to explore movement, expression, and play in a supportive and energising environment.

Each week we’ll explore a wide range tools to ignite the imagination and stimulate the creative process. Expect a joyous mix Lecoq and Laban-based movement invitations and clown-inspired improvisations to spark creativity through play and discovery.

What to bring: Comfortable clothes, water, and a readiness to get moving and have fun!

★ "Robyn’s Clown Soup helps me challenge myself in a safe and enjoyable space. She’s intuitive, supportive and allows me to take risks that expand my thinking and being in everyday situations. I’d highly recommend her classes for everyone who wants a fresh look at themselves."
