John Wright returns to the Bristol Clown School with a workshop that explores the key comedy principles from his book, Why is that so Funny? With a focus on comic timing, we’ll examine: slights, takes, double takes and reversals and play with the rhythmic changes and surprises of physical comedy.
The two-days offer a practical practical investigation of how comedy works from John’s prolific career pioneering clown and comedy. A unique opportunity to play, explore, and transform your craft! This workshop is suitable for performers and non-performers. People interested in laughter, play and understanding the craft of comedy.
